Jam Fam Fit is founded by Hannah Cramer, personal trainer, group exercise instructor and pre and postnatal specialist. Hannah trained professionally in Musical Theatre and has been choreographing dance fitness routines for as long as she can remember. She’s also obsessed with music so promises to only ever give you the best tunes in your classes. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry in the UK and in Malta, you’re in very good hands with Hannah.

Nobody puts mummy in the corner

Come along to this super fun, high energy class combining simple aerobics and zumba steps to awesome chart music and bring your little ones with you. This class will leave you feel energized and ready to take on whatever mummyhood throws at you. The kids love it too as I have toys for them and they make friends just as we do. Newborns upwards welcome as long as you've had your 6-8 week GP check.
This class takes place above Revive coffee shop in Chertsey at 10am on Fridays.

Bring your babies & toddlers dance fitness @ Busy B’s cafe in Staines

Imagine a place where you can get your workout in at the same time as your little ones enjoy a soft play! Tadaaa! 

You will get an amazing high energy dance fitness workout combining simple aerobics and zumba steps to awesome chart music. Your little ones will be able to play right in front of you with all the toys, bouncy castle and sensory areas. How perfect is that?! Happy mumma, happy bubba. 

Classes take place every Wednesday at 9am (The class kicks off around 9.10am).

Tickets cost £15 and include the 1 hour class and private hire of the soft play for yourself and the other class members for the duration of the class.

Bring your babies & toddlers Personal training

I know how tricky it is to find childcare when you have children, hence you can bring them along with you. Depending on your specific needs, the sessions will help you to feel like yourself again, strengthen your tummy and pelvic floor muscles, lose weight, increase your energy, help with changing hormone levels and improve your confidence. Do something for you. New mum’s must have had their 6-8 week GP check. Toys and Baby TV on demand! Sessions take place at my private garden studio in Chertsey.

One on one personal training

I offer bespoke personal training packages tailored to your particular goals and desires.  Whether you are hoping to lose some weight, gain some muscle, improve your psychological well-being, feel stronger, eat better or simply add a new dimension to your life, I am happy to help you. With a degree in Psychology & Health (BSc), I very much enjoy helping my clients with their mindset as this has a huge impact on training and overall results. You’ll feel challenged in my sessions, but I keep them fun and varied and a joke is never too far away. Sessions take place in my garden studio in Chertsey.
